Wholesale Terms & Ordering Information

These terms apply to bookshops, schools, libraries, and organisations ordering Dreamy Goes to the Moon.

How to Order

Please email your order request to: D.L.Willowlight@dragonlight-press.com

• Include the following details: Number of copies required

• Your organisation name

• Delivery address

You will receive an invoice. Bulk‑order discounts are available. Shipping costs will be included on the invoice. Payment is required before printing and shipping.

Once payment is received, your books will be printed. When they arrive with me, I will package and dispatch them to your address as soon as possible.

If you are ordering from outside the UK: Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the invoice.

Damaged or Misprinted Copies

If any books arrive damaged or with printing issues, please email within 7 days with:

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos

• Your order number or invoice reference

I will contact Books Printing UK to request a replacement. If they provide a free replacement, I will forward it to you at no extra cost. If not, I will let you know the reprint and shipping cost so you can decide how to proceed.

Dispatch Times for Wholesale Orders

• Printing begins once payment is received

• Production times depend on Books Printing UK’s schedule

• Once I receive your printed books, I will ship them promptly

• Tracking information will be provided once dispatched

• I do not ship on weekends or bank holidays
